92 points Ah. Really good. There's a deli meat/smoked peppercorn character on the nose that infuses the palate. This 2021 The Cutlass Shiraz is littered with dried tea leaves, tobacco leaves, blackberry pips, lavender, raspberry bramble and an endless cascade of fine tannins to hold it all together. This is an entrancing wine, quite different from the rest.  

Adelaide Hills, 93pts, 5 Stars A stylish offering with dark plum, dried herb, smoked game and toasted spice nuances, it's succulent and flavoursome in the mouth delivering excellent fruit purity combined with velvety mouthfeel and fine polished tannins.
